This year, as opposed to previous year's where we just nominated what we felt was worthy of nomination, the nominations will come directly from what is chosen in the pic fed magazine on a bimonthly basis, (with this eventually culminating in an issue of the magazine presenting the awards!) and for those of you who are unfortunate and not chosen in the magazine, there will be up to EIGHT spaces in each catagory for other nominations, but please note you yourself can only nominate one personal choice for each catagory! For this reason, I reccomend you do not nominate unless you are certain that it cannot be topped! I urge you, please be wise with who and what you pick as worthy of nomination! For every nomination, please provide a link! PIC FED CATAGORIES - Fed. of the Year - The pic fed you enjoyed most this year! All fed's on the board are automatically entered into the running for this award.Feud of the Year - The feud which was had the best story, matches, and blowoff this year!Match of the Year - The best match of the year, based on poses and commentary!FIW: ITV #5 - Amazing Red vs. Jack EvansPWS Wrestlemania X - The Miz vs. John Morrison [NM] Show of the Year - Your favourite show based on presentation, pose, progression, and promo quality!Talent(s) of the Year - The stars which have managed to top the Power 25 will be entered into this catagory.The nWo - Chris Jericho, Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall (wTw) MEMBER CATAGORIES -Newcomer of the Year - The best new member of the board (must have joined pic fed community in 2011.)Pic Fed MVP - The person whom you feel has contributed the most overall to the board this year.MikeyReplier of the Year - The person who has given the highest quality replies this year.Hall of Fame Nominees - For further information on this catagory, please contact the Hall of Fame committee.[NM] = Not nominated via magazine. |

Ok this has already become massively confusing. The nominations are coming directly from the magazine as from your statement, BUT then Tirva nominates pws phil who wasnt in the magazine and THEN you add the not in magazine nomination thingy thus totally negating the nominations exclusively FROM the magazine So basically we can still vote for people who arent in the magazine? This needs to be thought out a lot more so as to not be confusing to the rest of the board when you make rules effecting all of us participating.

Because last year ended up being a complete mess because the board couldn't get their craptogether and host one set of awards, so we ended with three(?) different ones. The problem was the fact that there's some kind of 'dispute' that still going on, and so I reckon just having the nominees come mainly from the magazine, which is meant to be a board effort, and a smaller amount of personal nominees will keep things fairer this year. |

I think a lot of people would agree with me and this has the potential to get screwed up. And personally I think its a little early in the year to be thinking about the awards stuff anyway. If someone is going to try and change the way things are done we should ALL have say or a vote. I dont understand why any one person should be able to make rules on how we do things as a whole? Was there a problem last year with the way the awards were being done that we need to change it? Why? I only saw ONE awards show and it didnt hold any controversy. We should just keep things the way they are with the ruckus that happened last magazine with things being forgotten and people fighting just leave the awards the way they are. |

First time this is being brought up. I think that insults the winners AND the voters personally. I also think the new category for best replier is just silly. Why would we give an award for a replier when they can win an award without putting in the hard work of making a pic fed? I didnt see any problems with the awards being handled the way they always have been, no reason for a discussion there, and given the fact that with last months issue of the pic fed magazine managed to alienate a few board members into NOT participating in the magazine in the future I say we leave the awards as is to be fair to everyone. It cant be MORE fair in my opinion Shifty.  |
