SummerSlam 98 and 99 are two of my favourite PPVs of all time.

Fully Loaded 2000, Unforgiven 2000 & No Mercy 2000 are my favourite.

Everything in 2001 was good. I think people don't consider 2001 to be the Attitude era because WCW went out of business but imo the Attitude era was up until the name was changed to the WWE and it became the "Ruthless Aggression era". Right after the name change and Stone Cold leaving I'd say it became the Ruthless Aggression era.
With that said besides the obvious WrestleMania X7, I loved Invasion, SummerSlam 2001, No Way Out 2001, Royal Rumble 2001 and Survivor Series 2001 and if you want to count early 2002 then WrestleMania X8 and the Royal Rumble.
All of the good/great 1997-2000 ppv's have been covered I think.
