Its stiff and very choppy. The reactions sucked.

first of all, this animation was a little too slow in my opinion, which made the ani seem a little worse than usual. the springboard was decent, and it was a nice touch to move the turnbuckle, but you should've made it more obvious. the back was stiff in that bit too, but the legs were moved alright. the spin was timed a little better, but the back and leg joints were far too stiff. the reaction was pretty minimal too, mainly because you only used the lying torso stick, so there wasnt a great deal you could do. but it has decent impact because of the ropes bouncing a little.
try to work on moving he joints more, and making more substancial reactions.
