You should really save them as GIF's. It looks like an ok ani'. In most parts, it's really choppy. Try smoothening out your ani'.I'd say the part where he was running was the best. It looks a bit smoother than the rest, and it's not as choppy. The worst part's probably the end. Both of the sticks do pretty much no movements what so ever, apart from the arms. Doesn't look like you moved any of the back or leg joints in that part either. Also hate how it just cuts off, sorta looks un-finished. So work on moving all the joints, and smoothening it out. Try to do some easier moves.

File > Save Animation > Choose Animated GIF from the drop down bar under where you name the file > Save > Super Sample 4 then ok. Open up your internet browser then go to an image hosting site like image shack and upload the image to there, find the direct link and paste it between the [/img] tags (if your having any problems with that tell me.) Okay, so the animation looks like something from a typical new guy. So first off you had a pretty good amount of frames, though the consistency went off during the lift up to the move. It's looking pretty stiff at the moment and looks like your only really moving the joints that you 'have' to to make the move look like a power bomb if you get what I mean, you should do your best to bend all the joints in all th frames, if you do this you will avoid the whole problem of stiffness. Not a whole lot more that you should be too worried on fixing up at the moment, though the reactions need to be done and have more impact to them but yeah most important thing for you to work on at the moment is smoothening it out a bit more and getting rid of the stiffness.

I think you will improve, its stiff, choppy and floaty aswell. But slightly smooth and um. Make it a .Gif unless your speed is broken to a bad speed, Like mine
