Hi wfers.
I have a question for you edge heads. I just got done watching the Edge DVd..........Yes I just bought it at walmart for 13.00. Anyway here are my questions.
When and how did Edge get injured in 02?
Was he scheduled to win the WWe title around then.....he seemed so over and i heard stuff about it but then he got injured and all his momentum like was lost.
Why was Edge so hated when he returned? I mean before he got injured everybody was loving him, he returned and everyone was hating him...well most fans.

1. Edge suffered a shoulder injury during a Steel Cage Match with Kurt Angle in May 2002. He was out for about a month.
2. I doubt it, Edge wasn't quite ready yet and the WWE title picture was pretty crowded with Rock, HHH, Angle, Taker, Brock etc.
3. I assume you're referring to when he returned in 2004? I'm not really sure. I think people were just bored with Edge and Edge as a face had ran it's course.

I thought the 2002 injury was when he was out for a year? And they played it off as if he got attacked backstage

He was injured at No Way Out 2003, with a broken neck in advance. They played him off as being attacked by Team Angle though, Edge was scheduled to team with Brock Lesnar and Chris Benoit to face Team Angle at the event.
