Upload the gif file to PivotUp next time and copy the link here as a Img.
Looks alright for a first, isnt choppy but it is stiff.
Try bending the joints more so they dont appear to stay in the same formation for too many frames (like when he fell).
The spacing seems okay, not too fast or too slow but could be better.
I think your off to a good start if your to countinue.

Yeah use .GIF format if you can, also you should move the logo into one of the corners or something so that it's out of the way. There wasn't really a jump, it looked like the stick just kind of floated. Some movement in joints though a lot more is needed. Reactions and impact weren't really there. It was reasonably smooth though. With some work I'm sure you'll get better, nice start.

use Gif it was floaty and nthe reactions were not that good but good start though
