Does anyone write there great ideas on paper to prepare for the making of your show so you have an initial plan to work with to make your show?

I've actually taken to writing out complete shows in a Notebook, but the idea is the same as what you're getting at, as I do it to so when I film a show I've written down, I'll know exactly what to do, not sit around for days thinking "Ah, what was that really cool feud I wanted to do?"

i write it down on paper what the basis i want to get across but for my matches, i only write down the outcome and just improvise the matches with how it feels, that way even i don't know what's going to happen!

I like to write down a very sketchy idea of what might go on, like who will face who and stuff. I have so many ideas in my head, it's hard to pin them all down. For example, I can say: "Flair fights Rey... mmmm, but Rey could fight somebody else and then Flair shows up... or Rey can tag team against such and such.... mmmm, it would be awesome if Rey is not there at all... what about a triple threat match? No, 3 matches, single 1 vs 1, six wrestlers... wait! Why not make it a tournament instead?" You can imagine how mind boggling it gets for me. I went on with 3 matches for my first show and introduced 6 characters that way, I'm still thinking I could have done it in a tournament style instead, and not 3 matches that have no connection with one another... Maybe I have to do alternate reality shows so I can get all those ideas together... would you guys like a "choose your own adventure" pic fed? I actually considered the concept... When I finally get the figs on the ring, I like spontaneity to take over and sometimes the match ends up nothing like I anticipated it when I started it out, that's when you know you are having fun.

I usually have a mental plan of what I want to do, but if too much stuff starts going on then I just write outlines for my shows like:
Show1
-match1: Matt morgan vs Pope -backstage with Anderson -match2 Velvet vs Abyss (hangnail on a pole match) -commercial -beat up Mike tenay segement -match3: main event angle vs sting

I have my storylines mapped out for the next month saved in a word document. I'm going to film all my promo's this weekend since I don't have anytime to film matches until later this week.
