Hilarious, especially the statement from about 8:53 or so.
But the whole thing is fantastic.

The segment was a fun one, but I still remember laughing at Stephanie dodging the last test question at the start of SmackDown about cheating on her taxes, or something to that degree.

Haha I forgot all about Mr. America. Use to love him, so obvious it was Hogan it made the angle funny.

I remember Jakks was going to make a Mr. America figure, but then they pulled it.
I remember there were supposed to be 3 exclusives, Kane without his mask, Mr. America and Linda McMahon, we never did get the last two.

This was the ONLY time that I enjoyed anything that Hogan did upon his return to WWE. For this gimmick/storylines to work, it must center around a wrestler whose characteristics are easily identifiable despite the mask, ie The Machines, The Bullet, The Midnight Rider etc.. Despite my feelings towards Hogan, he pulled this off quite well.
And the lie detector? Funny. Although the image of Vince pleasuring himself to Mae Young made me a little queasy.

Mr. America was also supposed to be in Smackdown Here Comes The Pain, his render was even shown in a magazine my friend has, but that too was pulled. Either WWE can never pass the rights to sell Mr. America stuff (see Marvel lawsuit), or Hogan has major issues with the reselling of the gimmick. Maybe he doesnt get money from it, if it doesnt have his name on it? Also, anyone got video of the segment that got him fired, where he removed the mask?

I'm pretty sure the pulling of all the Mr. America stuff wasn't a matter of finances but rather that Hogan left on bad terms so WWE was all " that".
