I would call that a successful test.
I love your custom figures and the match was very old-school, the arena looks great too.
I wish I could work freewebs properly.

The commentary was good, so well done there. The match flowed nicely, definitely captured the old school feel, but the serious problem to me is the use of a figure's the joints. They need to be bent more to add a look of realism to the poses. The elbows and knees especially were quite static for a majority of the match, and it really took away from what could have been good poses, because honestly, they all ended up looking pretty rubbish. Not a bad first effort, but definitely room for improvement.

I like it!!
For a first timer, I think you're gonna go places! Great moves, fun squash match and good commentary!
LOVE the arena, lighting, customs, picture clarity. Great, great stuff!
2 nitpicks/bits of advice:
As was stated, be sure to use the elbow and knee joints a bit more in your posing. It wasn't bad, but it could be better. It's something I still struggle with, but I'm working on it too.
Second, very minor, wrap it up at the end with some sort of commentary. It just sort of ...stopped. Bam. "Rick Martel victorious over Gene Grubasik." I know the AWA commentators weren't quite the characters like the WWF had, but try to wrap up matches instead of an abrupt ending. Just my $0.02.
Love it though! Can't wait to see the progression from you and the AWA!

Thanks for the help guys. I just really did it as a test to see if I could get all the tech stuff down right in particular using the gimp program and seeing if the lighting was going to be okay. Thanks for your input and be on the lookout for A.W.A All Star Wrestling episode one!

Very cool test. Not much of a historian on wrestling, but it was still somewhat enjoyable. The only flaw was I saw a bit of string in the crossbody picture. Please continue this.

Good test, you have a great setup and your pictures are great quality. Yeah, the only thing as noted above a few times is the bending of the joints, I've seen far stiffer poses but I'd still work on it a bit. Other than that, good start and I can't wait to see more!
