Well went to the Wrestling Reunion in Rahway NJ on Saturday and had a great time. Got to Meet so many of my favorites like Magnum T.A. and The Destroyer but just missed Tully Blanchard as he had to leave early. Well anyone while I was there I pick up Jim Cornette books the Invasion 2 disk DVD from KayfabeCommentaries. What a wonderful DVD to sit down and watch as Cornette tells how he would have done with the Invasion angle. Cornette is a great mind and has so much passion of wrestling that any time you get a chance to listen to the man speak you really need to listen. I highly recommend you pick this up and see how the Invasion should have been done.

Watched it some time last year. Definitely a fun watch, he just goes a bit out there at times, like wanting a shoot fight with Regal and Benoit. Then there is booking 15/16 matches for Wrestlemania.

Does he say though, that the way he has booked this going by the preview that WCW would be the faces in all of this and guys like Austin, Taker, Rock, etc would be the bad guys? Although SCSA turned heel, the WWF were always going to be the faces in this angle.

From what I can remember, he had Vince coming out there saying that he owned all the WCW guys for the next year and he could do whatever he wanted with them. He wasn't going to fire them... he was gonna make them job to all of HIS guys.

O always thought they should have had Bischoff and Heyman instead of Shane and Steph. I also thought that not bringing in the rest of the bigger names in at the tome was just ridiculous.
Granted Sting didn't want to come but people like Hogan, Flair, Nash, Hall, Savage etc should have been involved.

Actually, that would have made a lot of sense.
