Stop ruining these figures by placing clothing accessories on them. The dye from the cloth is staining the figures and can't be removed. Package it on the side or something. What a rip off!

I can tell you're a little hypocritical by the title and your username.

The only thing I've had a problem with is the elite Cena necklace, the silver has stained the figure's neck.

I agree, the Volkoff I just bought was horrible, arms and shoulders are ruined. And Christian has a few small spots too.
Cena's necklace should just be paint
I think packaging variants could be the answer. Some with the gear on for MOC collectors, some with it off for loose collectors

I like the attire on them since I collect moc They should have more variants similar to what they did with Jack Swagger. I too have had a problem with this. My Elite Cena also has silver paint on his neck from the necklace and my Elite Christian and Matt Hardy have black stains on their shoulders. Jakks had this problem too.

I don't have any problems with the material and my figures. So your legends steamboat was not ruined with red blotches, your koloff was not ruined, your dusty, your morrison, your bob orton , ....? I guess it was just me and hundreds of other board members. Hey Mattel theres clearly no problem Slappyone's figures are ok you can lock this thread now, problem solved. Thanks slappyone for your help.

My Morrison is fine. My Iron Sheik is fine. My edge has 1 tiny little black spot that I washed off.

The only figures I've gotten with this problem was the Elite Christian and 2-Pack Volkoff. Two figures with a different type material than the others. And even that's not on all of them the Volkoff I picked up for another board member looked find when I packed it. He has me ship them loose to save on shipping so I removed the jacket when I packed it up and the figure suffered from no stains.

Luckily, the only figure that has stains from the clothing is my Steamboat. The arms and forearms are stained, but it's only really noticeable up close.
Still, the possibility of staining is why I've avoided buying certain figures online. Gotta have a receipt just in case I need to exchange.

Could someone post a pic of one of there stained Figures? Look at his right shoulder you can slightly see it there. It's very faint, but it's there. And once it's bled into the plastic nothing is getting it out. Still like I said above I mailed one out to an overseas friend today and his was fine. I didn't see any stains when I opened and packed it. The only other figure I had any trouble with was the Elite Christian and both their jackets were made from a different material than the other figures.

Mattel basically can stop putting the clothes on the figure in the packaging, and just put them in the corner if they wanted to.
