Awesome pics! I never knew that there was an unarticulated Wolfpack Sting single carded. I always thought it only came in the 2-pack with the black and white version. I guess it's one of those rare ones like Lex Luger. And weird that they put him on a "Heels" card instead of a "Babyfaces" one.
I always found it interesting how the 4 1/2" Scott Steiner seems to have been molded from his look right before he turned heel, when he was teasing turning heel. He has the ponytail and goatee, plus the outfit is the same that he wore at that time with the belt, except in black. Seems that they made the molds and once he turned they simply updated the paint schemes but didn't make a new head.
The upside down card on Justin Credible is very interesting. Never seen anything like that before!

Thanks for the comments, blu3blazer. I guess they just pu pout as many figures as they could in as short a time possible. I also have a Scott Steiner Smash & Slam that is carded upside down.

i was also wondering if anyone knows about the stretch wrestlers that are written about on the cardbacks...did those ever see the light of day? Kinda late, but I found this: cgi.EBAY LINK NOT ALLOWED/Stretch-Armstrong-Randy-Macho-Man-Savage-vintage-Mint_W0QQitemZ150417723263QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item2305984f7f seems to be that line you mentioned

Going back the OSFTM wcw figs. I could have swore that i saw a catalog for the Series 3 line at a toy store in the mid 90s and The Shark and The Renegage were included in the line and i even saw their pics. Anyone remember this??? I have a pretty good memory when it comes to this stuff.

Cool I always thought the macho man looked pretty good. Kinda like cheap ljn ripoffs with less detail.

I have a pretty good memory when it comes to this stuff. I have never seen this, however, given that Shark and Renegade were major players at the time, it wouldn't surprise me. I do, however, remember that someone wrote in to the WCW Magazine and got a letter published stating that they were hoping to see Cobra and Disco Inferno figures. I had just found the first wave so I thought that meant they were a lock for the second wave. Unfortunately, we only got a bunch of repaints.

If you look on the backs of some of these cards in the second wave for the 4.5 inchers and the 6.5 inch ones, there is a Scott Steiner spot but it's blacked out on the face side.

I am guessing that the secnd wave was cut short as evidenced by The Giant #2 and The Nasty Boys as being the only ones to not appear on Heels cards. Everyone in the first series was a "heel" per the card.
Scott Steiner appeared in both the 4 1/2" and 6" sets, so I would be surprised if it were him that was blacked out, but I have nothing one way or the other to back that up.

There are so many OSFTM ring variants that it's easy to lose count. I don't remember seeing the Hogan/Flair version before.

The Hogan/Flair one is difficult to find.
There is another version of the one I recently posted, but with Raven and DDP, but the price was too high. I would like to get it, but the seller will not come down on his price.
