try and increase the frames per second (fps) on the pivot 3 side bar, it may help you, or if you have done that, I don't understand the problem, don't be bad on yourself for your first, my first sucked monkey balls but I kept on practicing

Try downloading pivot 3. Everyone uses it, and it has more options than the first pivot

Make less frames, and try to space it out better, that will make the flow right. But you will have to make more movements to the joints too. And if you want to carry on, I would suggest downloading Pivot 3 or 3.1 (newer/better version) The links in the First Aid Thread, but if it dosnt work out PM me.
