Okay I'm a big Idealist, so All I want is to have one of my ideas taken by Mattel, but I'm talking about anyone, If someone suggest something and Mattel likes it and takes it, Wouls Mattel send you a free one?? It's not like they are going to sell hundreds more!? Just a question?? Thanks

I doubt it, becuase Im sure many other people would have thourght of the idea too.

Hard to say, I got my son all the first wave of the transformers robot heroes figures. And while he loved them he asked if they had ones of them as cars and stuff. I emailed hasbro and asked and they said thanks and that they would look into it. They sent us a free poster for the idea. On the other hand I had emailed jakks a few times and just been pretty much blown off. So yeah I think it all depends on the company. I never expected anything from hasbro so it was nice of them to do that.Being honest I would not think they would give you a free figure.

Its unlikely. Theyve got professionals behind closed doors working on lots of ideas for their product, they're bound to discuss/explore most things but even if people give them ideas, its hard to dispute it was their original idea and they were the source of it. Its not like youve got a design or something you can patent. So its unlikely, however if it was something that they REALLY liked and took further and the company was nice enough they may do something.

Its funny you mention that. Back in 1998, i had wrote to jakks. On the back of the figures package it had an address to send in suggestions. I had suggested they make a 4 pack of champions with the following:
Stone Cold
Rock
Billy Gunn
Road Dog.
About 5 months later...what do you know, they made it! haha. coincidence perhaps? lol. Either way Jakks never responded back or gave me anything. Who knows though, would be sweet if Mattel did do something.

Probaby not. I remember when they first got the license for the DC lines and when the first 6" Batman line was released the sculpters (Four Horsmen) who sculped 90% of the line where trying to hunt them down also because Mattel didn't ship them any. So I doupt they'd send you something

I found the mailing adress for Mattel, I will just mail them my idea. I REALLY REALLY hope they make it!!!
