in the respect of sales and interest, not timeline ( hell,we ALL know there's no slowdown on the actual releases!)... i've noticed that these seem to be starting to pegwarm everywhere around here ( except K-Mart,with their once a month shipment)...i know part of this is due to stores ordering more now than they initially did....but i sense a definite trend in they're slowing down... where once figures sold out completely here in a day (or less) , i know see them lasting days,if not weeks...secondary guys like Ziggler,Regal, and Goldust, who would've been gone in like 10 seconds 2 months ago now stare at me everytime i go down the aisles.... has the magic been lost? were they really just a "fad" collecting opportunity, and now the speculator's have moved on? or is it just me?

i think they slowed down here due to whos in the set. my Kmart has 2 pegs of William Regal and Matt Hardy but everyone else is gone. My Meijer has Elite Santino and Cody sitting on the pegs and thats about it so I think thats the problem.

Things seems to be cooling down a little and there are always more than one reason for it. On a side note, I love when the "hardcores" on the site (of which I guess I'm one) bitch and complain about the need for a certain Superstar and then when that figure hits retail, it just sits their. We don't always know what's best for the masses, but being elitist collectors, we don't really care about them.

The reason they are warming the shelves now is because originally stores weren't getting many in for some reason possibly because their own warehouses weren't distributing the figures properly. Some stores would get a full shipment others wouldn't get anything new they would just get the old stuff so people would shop elsewhere either online or another store, and now the figures that were highly sought after are now clogging shelves like a KFC Double Down does with your ateries.

Wal-Marts here have over ordered with the Elimination Chamber set. Previously, they were ordering 1-2 sets. This time, they ordered 3-4 sets.
Also, Cody Rhodes, Ted Dibiase, and Santino Elites are shelfwarming.

I think stores are starting to order more and thus people aren't buying them as much. My Walmart got in a ton of Elimination Chamber and most were sitting there too b/c they got so many and the fact a new set is out every month don't help move stuff either.

Everything seems to have stalled at series 3 here and is just sitting on shelves. And there are a million WrestleMania Heritage figures on the shelves of every TRU I go to.

i went to a TRU the other day and there were literally atleast 100 basic 3 figures, it was pretty astounding especially since it took me a while to find basic 3 back when the set was initially released
i went to a Wal Mart recently also and saw over 50 Elimination Chamber figures, so i'd say interest has slowed a little

Basic 3 are the plague of a many TRU.

My Wal-marts, Targets and TRUs haven't seen much of new except for Elimination Chamber. Here I see people finding Elite 4 and 5 being found, even Basic 5 and 2-pack 5, but nothing and I mean nothing new is hitting shelves here in Illinois and I've gone to all the TRUs, Wal-marts and Targets in my area looking. And what's with Toys R Us being so far behind? Yes they got Legends, but they just got Elite 3 and Basic 3 like a month ago and have had nothing since...now of all toy distributors, don't you think TRU should have best selection the soonest? Not Wal-mart and Target? And get rid of Flex Force, they are on closeout at my Target and warm the pegs in every single store I listed above...and like nobody is even buying Elites anymore, all I see are Basics and Flex Force...wtf? I am pissed, searching for the past 2 weeks for Elite 4.

Tell the stores to send the shelfwarmers over here. I wish they would, I'm fairly certain that William Regal would fly off the shelves over there, sadly he's not moving at all over here.

Alot of the figures I see hanging around are repeat characters (Jericho, Cena, Undertaker) or less popular stars (Regal, Mickie James, Cody). Most of the First time figures are getting snapped up quickly.

We get things quite fast here usually, Haven't got Elite 4 in all places but in some, i'm yet to find them yet but have heard of findings. Haven't found EC yet though, only RR.
