Do the Mattel heads have the ball bearing like the Jakks heads did? Or are they different at all? Sorry for not knowing this, as I'm sure it's been answered many times before, but I was just curious.

They don't have "ball bearing" heads, but if you remove the peg from the Jakks figures, it will be exactly the same.

The pegs are on the body. They are the same style as Jakks. The pegs just don't stay inside the head.

They're pretty much the same as Jakks, its still easy to swap Mattel and Jakks heads although the size difference is noticable.

They're pretty much the same as Jakks, its still easy to swap Mattel and Jakks heads although the size difference is noticable. You kidding dude i tried once with Ted Dibiase and i split the kneck. its a shame cos i wanted a JBL custom if anyone has a tutorial/Step to step/ guide for doing this i would so aprechiate it.

its pretty much the same, as jakks. but the peg MUST stay in the head or you'll have to glue the head back on. this is because of the way the mattel peg is designed.
