Okay, so I remember getting this figure back in July of 2005 for my birthday from my grandparents. But, seriously who the hell is it? Does anyone know who it is & what series/line it's from.   |

It's a bootleg figure by Mannix. Bootleg of Hasbro Lex Luger.
You can search for Mannix in the figure database for the others.
