So I have a stage arena , crowd bla bla any ways
how do I start it I mean , I have no rivalry's or , I cant do championship matches ..
what I was thinking , is how about The GM comes out and says were very to happy to make the switch , to youtube.com and wfigs , we hope this can be the home of ___ ( pic Fed's name ) then show recaps of rivals.. and carry it on like that?

It seems like you've answered your own question. I suggest doing what you said, especially if you did in fact have rivalries going. And there is of course the ever popular tournament to crown a champ. Anyway you do it, it's good to get it out of the way quick. The faster you finish your first show, the sooner you actually have history you can use to get the ball rolling.

Honestly I hope this isnt going to be a youtube fed. They usually dont go over well here as creativity is very limited.
Outside of that air a "tv show" (like a Raw or Nitro) to start up storylines. Announce things like a world title tournament to start up feuds etc etc

Well, there isn't much to comment on, it's just a few pictures of a very small transition during a match. Maybe you should try a little loose segment with some hint of a developing storyline or feud, like a sneak preview if you will which would serve as a test and a way to start hooking people up if the sneak preview is catchy enough...

agreed, there is not much to comment on, but i could suggest a few things.
1. enhance the lighting in your arena. the pictures are of a very loq quality. do not blame your camera. you can get decent pics from any camera. it's all about how you arrange the lighting and how close you hold your camera to the figures.
2. try using string. it makes your poses more realistic. it is clear that you are holding your figures in the air.
that's all i have for you right now. try doing an entire segment, or an entire show. then you can get some more feedback. good luck.
