It's well known that for the better part of 2000, the WWF was putting out incredible PPVs. Royal Rumble, No Way Out, Backlash, Judgment Day, Fully Loaded, Summerslam...it was just one after another of greatness. Yet, Wrestlemania 2000 seemed to be a misfire. It wasn't really a bad pay-per-view as it had a couple quality matches, but it definitely didn't live up to its predecessors or successors. So with that said, what would you have done differently? Changes in matches, match order, outcomes, you'recrazyitwasamazing, etc? I'd like to read other responses before I reveal mine.

I would have had the Main Event be Rock/Austin/HHH, that being if Austin hadn't been injured. I think the event was a good one, and definitely one of the better Manias.

Triple H and the Rock should have went one on one. It made the most sense at the time. I understand Foley needed his Wrestlemania dream, but it wasnt needed. I would have also added Taz to the Angle/Jericho/Beniot match. Here would have been my card:
WWF Title Match Rock vs Triple H(c)
IC/European Title Match Taz vs Kurt Angle(c) vs Chris Jericho vs Chris Beniot
Ladder Match for the Tag Team Titles Dudley Boyz vs Hardy Boyz vs Edge and Christian
Hardcore title match Crash vs Hardcore
Too Cool and Rikishi vs Eddie, Malenko, and Saturn
Kane vs Xpac
Big Show vs Anyone to make Show look like more of a threat and build towards Show vs Champion at Backlash
Val Venis vs Road Dogg
Random Tag Team Battle Royal for the Number one contender spot T & A vs Head Cheese vs Bossman and Bull vs Kiantai vs Posse vs Viscera and Mideon vs D-lo and Godfather

if WM2000 had of been Rock vs HHH with a Rock win it would have been awesome.
honestly if it had been exactly like the criminally overlooked Backlash 2000 main event iy would be remembered as on of WMs highlights.

Man this is pretty hard when I want to keep Foley retired and factoring in Austin and Taker's injuries.
