the funny thing is,it DOES look like Drew - except for that ridiculous beard...if they would've not put any type of facial hair on him,i think the likeness would have been excellent...

The Facial hair makes him look more like Will Turner from Pirates of the Carribean.

that hair just throws the whole figure off...wonder if it could be sanded off....?

The thing is, he did have slight stubble, but not a full on beard.
Yet again, it is down to Mattel's application of the paint to the figure.
It needed to be a lighter colour & lighter, thinner brush strokes & it would have been spot on.
Hopefully they use this Head again in the future but without the beard.

Once again, I think this is just Mattel's figures being deceptive. At first, I hated the beard too - seeing in person, it looks WAY better. Glad it got to you brother! Enjoy!  |

His facial hair is accurate its just a little too dark because his beard is more of a shadow. The scan is really good though imo.

Hmmmm? LMAO! This is such a good figure, one of the best debut figures, be it Mattel or when Jakks had the line. We wouldn't get this quality from Jakks. We'd get plain black trunks, plain kneepads, and plain boots I bet. |

lol @ will turner, i knew this figure looked familiar! Figure wud of looked better if the ponytail was more to 1 side and hanhs slightly over 1 shoulder like Drew actually has/had it.

Thanks guys. Now I just need to find another EG Piper & Jericho and all have everything I want that's out at mass retail now. But there's no real rush on finding them as I have both already.
