Got a new Hasbro MOC yesterday. I can't even begin to describe, how surprised I was, about the fantastic condition the carding is in. Beside a little crease on the J-Hook, which is barely noticeable, this card is absolutely mint. Incredible condition card. Great find

Currently trying to complete a loose set myself, but it’s been difficult with the massive increase in price over the last few years. I suppose it doesn’t help that the ones I need are mostly super rare like Green Card series.
Have any of you guys considered some customs? I’ve seen some really good Hasbro customs I got some custom accessories last year at a good price that are really good, and in a display you can’t tell the difference between those and the legit accessories. I guess as a collector you will know deep down lol.

I love Hasbro's, but I can't pay £1000 for a loose 123 Kid no matter how hard I try to justify it to myself. On the subject of customs, there's so many good ones out there and definitely if it interested you enough I'd say go or a few. Mixing the new Chella's and ZST in is fine, so why not some customs?

Yeah I suppose that’s a good point. It’s just filling in the blanks now in whatever way. Yeah I understand completely. I couldn’t justify those prices myself, as much as I would like to complete the collection, those green card figures in particular are arguably bad figures and the worst of the run. Repaints and bad ones at that. But they’re rare so….

The only custom I have in my collection from the original produced line is a Mail Away Hogan. I couldn’t justify the $500-$1000+ price tag. I purchased the Green Card figures when almost all of them were below $100. The exception being the 123 Kid who I bought MOC for ~$325 in 2018. I then promptly opened him and displayed him loose lol. In 2020 I sold the card and bubble for over $100. I do own a few reproduction accessories. Bushwhacker hats and ring flags. I own other ones I don’t actually *need* but had purchased them previously like Demolition helmets, belts, urns, etc. Those will probably end up for sale in the months to come.

It's one of those "in hindsight" things isn't it where you say to yourself if I'd have know the value I'd have bought a couple to keep for a rainy day, in relation to the 123 Kid. Pandemic really got the market going mad. I'm looking at getting a repro Undertaker Cloak, I couldn't care less about it being the original but I know a lot of people need the original piece which is sound with me. I suppose it just comes down to the individual right.

I was able to add 3 new MOCs to my collection. Undertaker and Beefcake are in amazing shape. Honky is in great shape too, apart from a little tear under the hook, but it still looks great.

Amazing stuff mate! 3 crackers for sure. Thank you! I'll get 4 more this week, but after that, I'll have to take a break for a little bit.
These things are expensive haha

3 new ones today. Cards aren't in perfect condition, but still look good enough for my standards.

A MOC Sarge is one I really want but still haven't pulled the trigger yet on one. If I ever start buying MOC Hasbro's, he's definitely first. Awesome pickups again bud, killing it lately!

This maybe a stupid question. But has anyone had luck trying to repair a 12inch talking hogan or warrior. Been wanting to add to collection for years , loose ones are more in my price range. Most of the loose ones have distorted boxes or no voice. Wondering if that could be something that can be fixed with some tinkering. Has anyone attempted and had luck with doing so.

That's a NICE set of Rockers. I usually see the cards on those all mangled. Heck, they were mangled when I saw them crammed on the pegs at KB as a kid lol

Question...
Do the Retro-sized figure defenders sold on Ringside work with legit MOC Hasbros?

Can anyone recommend any Replica Hasbros? Such as 1-2-3 Kid, Ludwig, etc...
That later series is just too rich for my blood.

Is the hair dryer method the best way to remove a sticker from a carded Hasbro?
