WWE taped tonight's edition of WWE NXT tonight at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Below are full taping results:

Dark Match:

* Chris Masters defeated Dos Caras with the Master Lock.

WWE NXT (Airing tonight)

* WWE NXT kicked off with the announcement of the WWE Pros teaming with the NXT Rookies in tag-team action this week.

* R Truth & Otunga defeated Christian & Heath Slater
Otunga pinned Slater for the win. Decent heel heat on Otunga.

* Backstage, Daniel Bryan is shown pacing.

* Face off with Daniel Bryan - Daniel Bryan apologizes, Cole takes the bait then Daniel Bryan apologizes to Cole for being the worst announcer in WWE. Cole fires back with a solid promo, then hits Daniel Bryan with the mic. Cole runs out of the ring, but Bryan gets him and nails him!

* Daniel Bryan walks up the ramp and Miz gets in his face. Daniel Bryan then attacks Miz and nails him too! Great segment!

* Justin Gabriel pins Wade Barrett with a 450 off the top rope.

* Elimination time: Heath Slater has been eliminated from NXT

Man what the heck on Slater, I really enjoyed him. I hope he can make his way into the biz again, I think he should be put into a tag team and not ready for singles light.
