I'm not one to post questions concerning a figures monetary value, but a recent discussion over the 1987 hasbro Sgt Slaughter mail-away LJN styles figure has brought me here to ask anyway. So if anyone (STOM ,Midnight ,or anyone else) knows an approximation of this figures value ,please let me know. Thanks guys......

how do you access completed auctions? You sign in on the ebay site then search whatever you want and mark the option "completed listings" under "show only".

The value also depends greatly on the condition as most of these Slaughter were infected with mould causing small blueish green spots on the figures.

That's exactly what happened to mine and the two others I have had in my possession. Mine doesn't have much, but there are three or four pin-tip sized dots on the figure. Do you know exactly what is that root of that problem with these figures?

Thankfully mine does not have the mold affliction, but i did read somewhere that these spots were termed "sunspots'.Probably just a generic term for the problem ,as i doubt many people left the figures in the sun for the long.At any rate thanks for the replies everyone.

I did hear some story that a substance in the rubber, that should should not be there, reacted with sunlight causing these spots. It was a simple manufacturing error.
