I thought Matt Hardy would finally be the one to take the IC title from Drew McIntyre. I was right, to an extent. Oh well, I'm glad with whomever of the 4 win the title.
Oh and 8mile, I don't hate Drew McIntyre. I think he has a bright future, I swear he looks just like Triple H when he first came. The thing now is that the WWE is in desperate need to build stars but instead they just slap a title on someone and expect them to be huge. They needed to drag McIntyre's undefeated streak w/out the IC title. Ziggler should have taken the title, and I am actually rooting for Ziggler to win the tournament and I can see him winning it to. But, McIntyre needs to learn how to manipulate the standard WWE match into his own unique style that engages the audience. As of now, he gets no reaction and that, my friend, is not good heat you want to draw - especially as the Intercontinental championship.
I hope the tournament goes like this:
Dolph Ziggler over Kofi Kingston
Christian over Cody Rhodes
Dolph Ziggler over Christian by pulling on tights or feet on the ropes.
I did not mean just you, just to make it emphatically clear. I don't want you to think I am calling you out or anything.
Yea, it seemed as though he had trouble manipulating a match even in FCW. I think Drew will get it though, I do wish the WWE did not have such a "safe style". Some moves being banned I understand. However, that does not mean we have to have a full match of just rest holds and strikes.
