Prove it to me besides some bs website then I will believe you. Gerweck is not some bs website it's a very reliable site. What? Its obvious its being done to move him on to bigger things without losing the title Which sucks, I like the guy hopefully he gets the U.S title. I hope you meant this as a good thing, not sure if it was sarcasm or not. If it was, I beg to differ since jobbing to main event guys like that does a lot more to the character than loosing the IC title to someone of lesser status. Taking the title off of him is just a way to continue to push the guy w/out the title. He was killing the title. Here's a thought.... who said Virgil has to be black? ....I'm just saying. |

Drew lacks that so loosing to Orton will be a lot better for him because at least he'll be able to loose after (hopefully) taking Orton to a solid match, only to fall to the "out-of-nowhere" RKO. p.s. Matt Hardy for Intercontinental Champion! He's not in the tournament. It's Dolph Ziggler, Christian, Kofi Kingston, and Cody Rhodes. I thought Matt Hardy would finally be the one to take the IC title from Drew McIntyre. I was right, to an extent. Oh well, I'm glad with whomever of the 4 win the title. Oh and 8mile, I don't hate Drew McIntyre. I think he has a bright future, I swear he looks just like Triple H when he first came. The thing now is that the WWE is in desperate need to build stars but instead they just slap a title on someone and expect them to be huge. They needed to drag McIntyre's undefeated streak w/out the IC title. Ziggler should have taken the title, and I am actually rooting for Ziggler to win the tournament and I can see him winning it to. But, McIntyre needs to learn how to manipulate the standard WWE match into his own unique style that engages the audience. As of now, he gets no reaction and that, my friend, is not good heat you want to draw - especially as the Intercontinental championship. Well I assume Drew will end up on RAW. I really like him and expect big things from McIntyre.
As for the tournament. I really love Christian & Kofi, but neither really need the belt. I'd like to see Ziggler win it, but my money is on Rhodes.

I feel that Christian & Kofi are both above the IC title. I'd like them both to go after Swagger.
Should have had Rhodes vs JTG & Ziggler vs MVP. Or something along those lines.
MVP may be able to move up to World title contention, but this could have been a start in his damage repair.
