hey guys
there was a post a few weeks ago about demolition and mentioned crush as the third member.
demolition (ax and smash) are one of my favourite tag teams but was never really impressed by crush as a member?
if you could have chosen a different third member for the team who would you go for?
for the time i'd have had kerry von erich
he had a muscular body and was a good brawler with a hard-hitting style
what do you guys think?

Honestly after seein pics of Lord Humongous, I think had Sid gotten out of his WCW contract sooner it would have been cool to see him as part of Demolition. You could have to give him the name of something like Steel or Iron though. Really, I didnt mind Crush that much. It was kinda like the Freebirds, Crush wasnt as good as Ax and Smash (like Garvin wasnt as good as Hayes, Gordy) yet any the other combination wasnt all terrible

I liked Crush but for fun I would say Rick Steiner.

At the time I loved Crush, he was bigger than Ax & Smash, plus he just looked cool. He was a great fit within the group, sure his wrestling skills weren't great but in Demo he was only ever really required to punch/ kick anyway

Guys like Kerry Von Erich or Sid would have been noticeable straight away from their NWA runs, I think Matt Borne would have been an ideal unknown that you could stick the leather & face paint on. He had the burley build & was a good wrestler to boot. I would have christened him Demolition Ravage

I had the priveledge of meeting Bryan Adams afew months prior to his death in 2007?I think. He had been away from wrestling because of corrective surgery on his back.Real straight up guy folks,I had the oppurtunity to ask him about the protrayl of Crush. He said it was a toss up as being Crush in Demolition andas a happy Hawaian.Let me tell you he an imposing guy ,hell he towered over me ,he must have been a good foot taller than me.I was saddened of his departure.

at the time I hated Crush because I associated it with Demolition going hel for no reason whatsoever after and absolutely rapturous ovation at WM6.
I always enjoyed his Evil Crush persona the best.
sickened Jakks didnt make that figure.
