Yeah that's a bootleg. I have seen it before at Dollar General. They have others like Stone Cold and Sting. Doesn't look anything like them though.

Doesn't look that bad for a bootleg, to be honest.
Are bootlegs allowed to be sold in Dollar General, though? I would have thought Dollar General stuff would have to be made by licensed toy companies, and surely no company is allowed to use the trademarked Dude Love name besides Jakks?
