So it's my birthday next Wednesday, and as my own little tradition I also get a tattoo as a gift to myself. But I am completely stumped on what I want to get. Right now my options are: The classic Hogan/Andre faceoff but with Andre as a zombie. I know a guy who is amazing at portrait work. Upper left arm. Two Face from Batman TAS. Always been my favorite comic book character, and I love this version of him. Upper left arm or rib cage. Senses Fail "Let It Enfold You" album cover. My favorite album of all time and the one thing that reminds me of High School the most (I have a sh** memory). Back piece I know I want it to be one of these. I'm just not sure what yet.

Yeah, you should probably think those options through...

I've put years of thought into these ones. They all have some sort of meaning to me, the are all images I like, and they wouldn't be the first ridiculous things I've gotten tattooed on me. So I think regardless of which one I get first, and I will eventually get all three, that I'll be happy with my decision.

Wells, all 3 of those options would make for sick ink. I personally love the Andre/Hogan stare down the best but that's because I've been a wrestling fan since 1983. From those 3 pics I think the two face portrait would translate incredibly into a tattoo. Either way, keep us posted brother.
On a side note I think my next piece will be the Oakland Raiders logo on my left chest. Don't know when but hopefully within the year. When I think of football team tattoos I always think of you Atlanta Falcons tat.

Football team related tattoos aren't the most popular thing in the tattoo world, but if you are a proud fan it's definitely worth it. Also works as a way to show your support for your team. Which helps since I'm not a fan of wearing the Jersey's themselves.

And I went with TwoFace. Not exactally like the drawing, my artist made some little changes. I love it personally.

After I fulfill my dream of going to Wrestlemania(30 or 31) I'm thinking of getting a tattoo on my arm to commemorate me fulfilling a dream & more in the future.
Which would be better on my forearm: Dare To Dream or "Only those bold enough to chase dreams are the ones who catch them? I'm thinking the latter is a bit too wordy so I'd probably go with the first choice.

Probably my all time favourite song.
Been wanting a tattoo for a long long time but never really knew what to get.
I plan on getting "I'mma do the things that I wanna do, I ain't got a thing to prove to you" on my forearm, not sure on the font yet and whether to get it facing me so I can read it or so other people can read it.
Any suggestions?

I'm deciding between a Koi under my left arm, or my chest. Will probably get this soon:

^ What exactly is the big appeal with Koi tattoo's? Over the past year or so, I've seen a bunch of people with Koi tattoo's, all of a sudden it's a big thing to have Koi ink. So what makes the Koi so appealing?

I've been dabbling back and forth on what I want to get for my first tattoo but I think I've finally settled on something. Rush was the first band I saw in concert and are without question my favorite band on the planet and are the single band that have inspired me to work towards being a musician so I want to pay respect to them. So I've decided to combine some artwork from their album Snakes and Arrows with the Working Them Angels song and combine it with my favorite lyric from as well as a nod to their new album Clockwork Angels. I don't know when I'm going to get it but I know I want it on my right shoulder or pec and have it look something like this.

So what makes the Koi so appealing? Can't speak for others, but my theme is Japanese traditional art. I have a dragon, lotus flowers, rising sun. Koi is next, followed by masks from plays and samurai warriors.

Thanks guys. The other two designs will happen eventually. My artist is trying hard to get me to come in and get my stomach done. He's had my idea drawn up for a while but I'll admit I'm sort of tip toeing around getting it done. I like the pain, but even this makes me nervous. More nervous than I was for my throat haha.

^ Isn't there one spot on the stomach that causes an intense amount of pain if hit? pxkgotosleep. They all sounds like awesome tattoos. Koi would definitely fit in
