Triple H, Cena and Batista are big people yes, but Mattel exaggerated the hell out of their physiques, even when flexing, they arent what they look like in those figures. As for Sting, the rest of the figure made up for the torso, and its nowhere near exaggerated like the ones mentioned above either. Works that way for mattel aswell for me, im not gonna say that there not overly ripped ect because just about every action figure these days are Just something that is easy to deal with aslong as the rest is good. Take the new jakks christian figures, the torso is wrong for him but the rest of the detail and scan is good so i can deal with it.

I just prefer the overall look of them. Some Jakks figures have have bigger head molds but they still look more accurate than the ones Mattel have made for say Cena, Edge, Batista etc. The biceps on that Triple H figure are unbelievably huge, as I've said, Jakks likes to exaggerate the physiques a bit but Mattel have made it a joke, like the Triple H, Cena, Batista etc. Things like molded kickpad and scale you mentioned, I don't really care about, it just doesn't bother me at all, and those shoulder joints are horrible. If there are any wrestlers out there that you could get away with "exaggerating" physiques with, I'd say Triple H, Cena, and Batista would be at least in the top 5. Those guys are legitimately huge, cut, etc... But STING!? This Sting figure all of you TNA marks are so on about is RIPPED more than he's ever been in his career! But oh, he's so detailed.... right, like those awesome, unique sculpted pads on his thighs... wait, you mean that's just paint on the same legs every other Jakks fig has? QFT ;D

Well, I'm not usually one to spend more on a figure than I should or know I should, but, I'm really looking forward to Mattel taking over & had spare cash just lying there not getting used on anything that I decided to cave in & get both Triple H & Batista.
I should have Triple H hopefully either tomorrow morning or Wednesday morning at latest.
I should have Batista either Wednesday morning or Thursday morning at latest.
Will post pics of both once received.
;D

As promised! Received my Mattel WWE Series 1 Triple H this morning & I must say..... I LOVE IT! The detailing & durability is good. The Muscles in the Arms arnt over exaggerated like Jakks DA or even some RA's. Elbow & Kneepads are spot on & don't hindr or interupt movement or playability. Jakks WWE Championships look fine on these figures for now until Mattel make theirs. Only thing that stands out to me is how light the Beard is for Triple H, I would have made it Darker, Shortened the middle bit a touch & added more to the Chin. Other than that, this figure is awesome! (And it's not even The Miz, so just wait until that's out! )The display stand is cool, but, the Name Plate is only a little piece of Card that just slots into the stand & could get bent or ripped at some point if you're not careful. That is my only other problem as it feels so cheap & tacky to what is an awesome product. Surely they could have just moulded the WWE Logo & Name into the Base / Plastic itself. Other than the gripe about the look of the Beard & the Display stand, This figure is amazing. Goodbye Jakks. I welcome Mattel with Open Arms! ;D MOC Card Backing Display StandDisplay StandDisplay StandMattel & RA ComparisonMattel & RA ComparisonMattel & RA ComparisonI am now really, really looking forward to receiving my Batista now which should be tomorrow morning. After being one of the people who worried upon the news first breaking about Jakks losing the license & Mattel gaining it, I can honestly say, I'm happy with the change & loving the Mattel over all product so far. Now, if only some 2-Packs leaked online so I can get my Rhodes & DiBiase & that awesome Jericho! ;D

For all we know these could just be the versions on display at toy fair and the final versions could have minor differences. Still awesome that some people have them none the less.
