I just saw that Elite Series 1 only has 5, but the up coming ones have 6. Is it because the 6th was supposed to be Jeff.
He's in this video:
If already asked I apologize.

Huh. That would suck, why not make him anyway?

Probably because of his arrest and WWE release (not in that order of course).

Okay, whatever, now to get back on topic, does anyone else think that Jeff was suppose to be the sixth in the set?

Okay, whatever, now to get back on topic, does anyone else think that Jeff was suppose to be the sixth in the set? Yeah i do, he is such a popular star that it would have made sense he would be in the first series. Plus the matt hardy flex force looked like a modified jeff figure with a matt head.

Jeff was absolutely the sixth Elite. If you saw the protos BobSagetBrigade floated around a while back, the Jeff proto clearly had Elite articulation (and looked incredible). Seeing as how they had a physical prototype floating around AND the first three waves were announced and Jeff wasn't in there - I'm convinced he would have been in there had he not been arrested. Why else would they only put 5 in series 1? They had to pull Jeff last minute after his *ahem* predicament and didn't have time to sub anyone in for him.

I don't care what Jeff has done outside of WWE since he left.
I know companies are very protective of their name & for business dealing purposes with stores & what not, but, most of the younger kids don't know what Jeff has been getting up to outside of WWE, so, just leave his figure in Series 1 as the Proto looked awesome & I was looking forward to getting Jeff.
Would easily be one of the hottest selling figures of Mattel's line & a money maker for them other than Cena with how over Jeff is.
