At the Impact tapings today in Orlando, it was announced that the main event for the Turning Point PPV on November 15, 2009 from Orlando, Florida will be AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe vs. Daniels for the TNA World Title.
This is the same main event from the Unbreakable PPV in September 2005.
The original plan was for Styles to defend against Kurt Angle. According to Dave Meltzer, plans were changed since TNA wanted to slowly build to an Angle/Styles match. Also, with Survivor Series and Brock Lesnar's next fight in November, TNA officials aren't expecting a good PPV buyrate for Turning Point and therefore want to hold off the Angle/Styles match for a later date.
At the Impact tapings tonight, Nigel McGuinness made his debut in a backstage segment with Kurt Angle. During the course of the segment, Nigel attacked Angle.

All of this better be true...or i'll kill I can guarantee the Nigel thing is true. He's going by Desmond Wolfe. I know a few people that are at the tapings and they are sending me updates via Twitter, so I know it's true at least |

which also spoils that styles is gonna go over... likely on daniels. not sure how joe gets this match, after losing clean to lashley... but im not arguing. would like to see joe with the belt again, although his last reign was painfully boring.
