Not a chance. Shelves will still be empty at that time and usually arent restocked until Jan 13 at the earliest.

A) What is the purpose of getting up early on New Years Day and video taping yourself going to K-Mart? What are you trying to prove?
B) Mattels street date for DCU Wave 1 was 1/1/08 and they were on TRU shelves that week. Mattel has always been good with hitting their initial dates. But thinking that they would be magically on the shelves at 7:00 am on 1/1 is ridiculous.

My local TRU doesn't have anything in between Christmas and... Hell, I think it was about March before they properly restocked the shelves.

If I wake up early on 1/1/10 and saunter on up to K-Mart, I know I'm just going to find the same CS Val Venis and Flex-Em figures. That sounds JUST like my Kmart. |

Me and my best friend are going to stay up and go to the 24 hr walmart (or Target) at 11:50 and just wait until Midnight so we can get them literally first thing in the morning.lol

you kidding me? jakks is probebly going to stop shipping out wwe stuff around the begiinning of december you know as far as new stuff goes with 1000s of ppl complaing limited stock on wrestling only 10 days before the release they will break the date
and theres no law they dont get fine its not like movies
