question about mattel figures

hello, does anyone know whether or not mattel plans to do their version of "classic superstars"?? will they make ultimate warrior, hulk hogan, stone cold, etc?

Finally, an important topic when speaking on Mattel is the subject of a Classic Line. For going on six years now, we’ve had a series devoted to classic versions of modern superstars and figures of those who are no longer wrestling with WWE made impressively and to at times excellent detail, so it’s no surprise many people are curious as to Mattel’s take on classics and whether or not they will be available on launch. While there will be no throw-back line for the initial debut, Mattel informed me that in the Fall of 2010, a ‘Legends’ line will be released. They have no further information on the line other than the fact that it will indeed exist, and the target date.

they said they plan on starting a legends line later in the year. they have already put out a proto of an austin figure (from the wrestlemania heritage line not the legends line) it looks really good and gives me a lot of hope for the legends line. as for guys like hogan and warrior being made... it seems like a no brainer but you never know with signing them to contracts. hogan is currently doing his hulkamania tour which vince may not be too happy about and he does have kind of a weird relationship wit vince. i think he will get a figure tho cuz he and vince always seem to find a way to do business. as for warrior... hes warrior. i dont think even he knows wat he wants to do so signing him may or may not be a problem

actually, that stone cold looks like crap but im hopin they do alot better
