Is it guaranteed that RSC will be selling these?

I was wondering if RSC has already secured the right to sell these figures?
I have a sinking feeling that these will be hard to get at walmart/tru.

I wonder if we will be flooded with tons of ebay stores carrying these or will Mattel keep the distribution lower.
I have dealt with Jakks and Hasbro but never mattel for distribution.

They have them up on the "Pre-Order coming soon" part of their website so it appears they do have the rights.
