I always wondered when the WWE switched towards the look for Raw that they had in the Attitude era? Like when Raw got the big tron, the red ropes, etc and they started using the scratchy WWF logo? Was it all at the same time?

the set had a massive re-do in March 1997 on "Thursday RAW Thursday" that was the creation of a real titantron and red ropes. it was adjusted further as time went on. The scratch logo came in early 1998.

I thought Thursday RAW Thursday was placed in February, before the IYH: Final Four event. They still had the RAW letters during that show, I remember Shawn Michaels doing his 'lost my smile' promo and leaving.
I believe RAW became RAW is WAR on March 10th 1997 with the titantron etc.
WWF kept the red, white and blue ropes and the apron however for a few more months, and really, a blank curtain was used as the entrance way, though soon the WWF logo was placed there.
Also, the original RAW is WAR set didn't have the scaffolding with 'WWF' on, it used to be just plain glowing colors.

I thought the WWF 'scratch' logo came into effect in late '97... I remember the 'Stone Cold VS Santa Claus' segment; and I was sure the scratch logo was in effect by then. I could be wrong, though. EDIT: Thanks for clearing that up, Lynn (below)
