For Wrestlemania 11, have Diesel vs Shawn Michaels headline instead of LT vs Bam Bam.

at WM IX the MegaManiacs should never have wrestled.
Hogan looked bored and like he was filling in time until his REAL spot opened up.........when Yoko beat Bret.
and Beefcake had no business in the ring either.
it should have been the Steiners vs Headbangers vs Money Inc for the tag title.
also UT vs Gonzalez should have been shorter-jeez that was bad.........on Paul Bearers shoot he said UT HATED working with GG

Yeh as fun as WM9 was....it should have just been Hogan vs. Yoko from the start instead of the horrible ending.
Money Inc and Steiners would have been awesome and I would have loved to see Bret fight HBK or perhaps even luger that night.

Oh man.
Okay. Deep breath.
The first thing I would have changed about 9, is have Shawn Michaels vs. Marty Jannetty for the Intercontinental Championship. They were feuding, it was perfect. Hogan SHOULD have put over Bret in the main event.
For XI, Bret vs. Owen definitely should have happened. Me, personally, I would have done it for the WWE Championship. I would have had Owen win the belt from Diesel, with Shawn costing Diesel the belt. Have Bret win the Rumble. You still get Diesel vs. Shawn, and considering the bomb that was Diesel's Championship run, it could have sufficed to put Shawn over to help him get on his way to the main event. And of course, Owen and Bret would have been anywhere between a 4 and 5 star classic, with Bret winning. You can have Diesel feud with Bret for the belt for awhile after and give him the belt if you want again.

Wrestlemania 9 wasnt that bad IMO but it could have been rebooked better......
Michaels vs Perfect for IC Title Money Inc vs Steiners for Tag Titles Luger vs Bret Hart Mr. Perfect vs Razor Ramon Undertaker vs Giant Gonzalez (in about a 3 min match) Hogan vs Yoko for world title......
Have Yoko beat Bret on raw (via help from Luger) sets up both matches at WM. Hogan beats Yoko and drops the belt to Bret at KOTR before going to WCW

Now, what I think should have happened at 9 was Bret Hart vs. Hulk Hogan one one one, they have never had a one on one match, not even in WCW. That would have been better buyrates and the match would have been pretty good, THOUGH I did enjoy Bret and Yoko, it was my favorite match from that event.
11 should have had HBK vs. Diesel as the true main event. One thing that bothers me is that HBK went from 1 that year and lost the title match, I think when he was face in 1996, in which he also won the Rumble should have been when he did it at Number 1, plus he won the Iron Man Match too it would be more impressive.
On a sidenote, I believe that Wrestlemania 10 was good, Bret still could have had two matches, the opener with Owen, but there was no need to have two title matches on the card, they could have made the first triple threat match at Mania for the title there with Bret vs. Luger vs. Yokozuna and they could have had Piper vs. Perfect instead of them reffing or just Mr. Perfect reffing the main event. Maybe they might have had room for the 10 man tag as well.

Mania IX: As odd as it would have been I would have preferred they just kept the belt on Yoko after he beat Bret. I know they always like to end the show on a face win but it was Yokozuna's time to shine. He was built so much and he finally won the gold and he got screwed over badly. Yoko could've easily held the title for a year. I also would have taken out Ramon vs Backlund...so pointless.
Mania XI: For starters they could have done without the technical BS though I can't really blame it on them. I think that Mania also had way too many celebrities on one show. For some reason they went right back to Mania I with so much celeb interaction.
As stated, Bret would have faced Owen in a Submission Match. Man that would have been sweet. I would have had The Bulldog and Luger win the tag straps. They both got screwed over opening the show againist the freakin Blu Brothers.
If they really wanted L.T in this that's fine as long as he wasn't the main event. Should have been Michaels vs Diesel. But I understand they wanted the most hyped match (really was) to be the last one on the card. In that regard it made sense. I

I know this was before triangle matches or triple threat matches were happening in the WWF, but I think Hogan vs Yoko vs Bret would have been a stronger main event for what happened.
The actual ending to IX is something people either love or hate. I loved it because it was really the exciting thing that happened on the show.
