Here is an update regarding WWE's plans for the top four matches at WrestleMania: John Cena vs. Randy Orton for the World Title Edge vs. HHH for the WWE Title The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels Jeff Hardy vs. Matt Hardy It is still possible that this card will change again since plans are changed so often. Taker vs HBK where do you get that? I'm still betting on JBL defeating Shawn Michaels at NWO, and for whatever reason they'll build up to, forcing him to face the Undertaker at Wrestlemania. Then, the JBL-HBK feud will blow off at Backlash. I'm good with all of the matches except for Edge vs. Triple H, but it mainly depends on the build. I still think they could pull it off, but it'll be tough. They shouldn't have blown it on a mediocre GAB match. Orton vs. Cena makes sense because they're the top heel and top face, respectively, and I feel like they've never had a proper blow off to their feud anyway. The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels should be amazing, and Jeff is a much more well rounded wrestler and should have a solid match with Matt. Plus, both of those matches haven't been seen in so long that they're relatively fresh. |

The title matches are really boring and to top it they'll have them again on Backlash, Judgement Day right up to Extreme Rules.

I can see HBK winning the match at No Way Out with JBL doing an injury angle afterwards, to get him out of the way for WM, then HBK challenging Taker to prove whose the real WM legend.
The Title matches can be good too, but I doubt WWE will let heels have both belts, especially at WM. I think someone will cash in in MITB that night on Edge (hopefully Christain.)

The atmosphere would actually be unreal for the Orton V Cena Match, and Orton will probably close Wrestlemania with the Title. It's a suitable Main Event IMO, it shows where wrestlings got to. Jeff V Matt could be a decent Wrestlemania Opener you know, and Undertaker V Shawn Michaels will be the Classic Match Up.

I wanna see HBK/Taker and Jeff/Matt. I really have no desire to see either title match. Like mentioned they will just face each other again the following month at Backlash.

As much of an Edge fan I am I have no desire to see him and HHH at WM we all know HHH will just beat him again.
The rest of the matches sound good though, Orton and Cena had a solid program in 2007 that never achieved proper closure. The atmosphere will be great and there is a great story there to be told. I too see WM 25 closing with Orton as the new World Heavyweight Champion celebrating with The Legacy and Stephanie McMahon.
