Ehhh. Flow, your getting MUCH MUCH better. Theres still alot of room for improvement though.

You really should focus on cleaning things up. If there wasnt the blue bits on the white and the tights were smooth on the edge the fig would be 2 times as good. The torso smudging looks weird.  |

I like the design if Jakks™ actually made that figure. But the way you did it, it came out a bit choppy and edgy. Other than that good idea.
