I'm fairly certain you have no idea who I am but I used to spend countless hours just browsing your site, specifically that B E A U tiful HIAC and ABA Undertaker, not to mention your countless other masterpeices. Great to see some more stuff from you. So far so good on the sculpts, but I'm going to hold my tongue until I see them paints. Not because I don't think you'll do a good job, because we both know you'll make them amazing. Mainly because I'm a finished product kind of guy.
Great having you back and I look forward to see some more things from you.

OF F***ING COURSE THE GUY WHO ALWAYS MENTIONS THE OLD DAYS OF CUSTOMIZING AND HOW MUCH HE MISSES OLD SCHOOL CUSTOMIZERS LIKE BAITY AND TINYMAN MISSES THE DAY BAITY CAME BACK TO WF.
I lost my internet for like 2 weeks...sucks ass.
anyways this is absolutely amazing baity. I just can't believe the amount of detail you put into everything from the hair to the smile lines to the boots. Amazing stuff. I hope this is a sign of things to come from you posting here on WF again.
(edit) lol...
I just read through 5 pages of bullsh**.
What the hell are you guys fighting about? What the hell is your point wildfire? Baity never once mentioned in all his years posting here or even upon his 2009 posting that he was the sh** or anything. It was something fun to do that became a hobby...that became a business...that became a career.
How can you hate on that. If you are not impressed don't post here. Or just say you are not impressed but don't compare his work to others because there are hardly any other people on this board that do full sculpts. He wanted to pop up again and say hello to all the old faces...don't spoil the fun.

whats up man. I must admit I was one of the guys who honestly thought you worked with JAKKS.
Nice to hear you are doing big things though, it is inspirational to think that you came from doing regular customs. Don't wait another year to post something, ignore the haters.

I'm suprised to see you return, Your work was a huge inspiration to me along time ago (back when wf customs was just starting). Your work was very impressive back in the day but todays "artists" are very well groomed in their own rights and your work won't stand out as great as it once was and to top it off you will be playing 2nd fiddle to the new king of " customs/sculpts " Rozz.... So In kind words I would like to say thank you for the memories but in order for your legacy to live on here at wf you should disappear again.... PS: Joe and Aj sculpts look great. Hahaahhhaaa!! Figured I'd get a few haters that would feel all threatened if I came back to show some "wresting themed work." What's a "legacy", how can one have a legacy for posting painted toys on the internet? Anywho, my legacy is my two little girls. Any of you that are worried about whatever kinda "smoke" ya got around here and the whole first, second and third fiddle thing I could care less. I didn't show back up to get in any competitions or arguments like the old days. I'm no longer a "customizer" and you will never see another "custom" figure from me again. I just came back to try to help push a few in the right direction that I've noticed that have actual talent and could actually do something with it if they chose to. (Those that have PM'd me, you understand what I'm sayin') I am a professional sculptor, I make toys for a living. You keep repainting your figures and I'll keep sculpting. Hey, I said I'd post some digital sculpts. Most of the stuff I can't post because it's confidential with the clients until the products are released. But here was a sculpt I did a few months back during some free time a work for my portfolio. wow sir I never seen your other works but by far they are very awesome, I used to dream I could be a sculptor but I gave up due to lack of support from the people around me. Wow how can anybody hate you your a very great person and an awesome sculptor, thanks for sharing your figures.

I'm not a big time sculptor. I'm one of many sculptors out there that will go unnamed and that's fine with me. McFarlanes Sports Picks lines have some of my work on em, like Football cleats, Hockey gloves and some NBA torso's. At TMP, no one sculptor is responsible for entire sculpt, it get passed around. Their are a few why back when that handled sculpts from beginning to end like Jean ST. Jean, Dave Cortez, Tankman, etc, to name a few. But they changed with time and have a nice system in place. Certain sculptors key in on what they shine at, some on clothing, some on likeness, some on roughing out the form, you name it. It's a fine oiled machine. Anywho, I also did some work for these guys the other year. www.fanatico.netNowadays, the company I work for does work for multiple licenses, Disney, Dreamworks, Sony, Pixer, McDonalds, Kelloggs. www.creata.com/It's not Jakks or McFarlane but it does pay the bills. For those who have a future interest in a sculpting career or the toy related field, keep your eyes open and keep a broad mind, there is soooo much out there other than just Action Figures. I just finished a sculpting some PJ Sparklez doll line accessories last week, not my cup of tea, but hey I still got to sculpt it.

Jeff Hardy, Ultimate Warrior, and Macho man with Elizabeth(not pictured) were always my favorite customs from Baity. Absolutely amazing body of work.
I remember the custom countdown. I made it on there once or twice.. =/ But it was just great how detailed Baity went with the reviews of the figures. I wish there were links of those.

Seeing Baity's work makes me wish someone would start up the custom countdown again. HR2X and I tried to bring it back in June of this past year. We had the OK from the main site admin. I had it all compiled and written out. I submitted it to John I think is his name who runs the main page, and he never posted it. We kept it a surprise, but when it didn't get posted, we told a few people about it.

Sandy, if you go to the internet archive page, you can search wrestlingfigs.com and find the old countdowns, though some of the pics don't pop up.

HOLY ****....and you came into my topic and told me i was good? Dude, my god that Samoa Joe looks better than a Unmatched Fury. It could pass off as a friggin statue for christ sake. Thank you for the compliments but what I do can be done by many, there are only few who can achieve what you have. Great Job and keep up the good work, thats amazing.

Since the beginning he's always shot straight from the hip about everything and if you didn't like it, than F@#K YOU! That's his style, and that's what missing from the boards these days. The brutal, unrestricted truth. To Baity, I'm so glad you've come to share your new sculptures with use, and I really happy you found a job doing what you love. I myself became a digital animation visual effects artists, but my inspiration to become an artist was from these boards. People like you inspired me to follow though and become the artist I know I could be. Because of that I was able to work for EA Tiburon for almost two years as a freelance artist, and work on over 12 games these kids on here play today. I've worked on Maddan, NBA Live, Fight Night, NBA Streets, and other games, but what started me on that path was these boards. So you have my upmost respect, and thank you for sharing your work over the years with us who appreciate you and your work. Live long and be happy my friend.
