Holy crap, I've never heard of you, but judging by the godliness of that sculpt, you've been customizing for a while, and you are very good at it.

Here another view of that AJ. Like I mentioned before he's still a long way from done. A lot of smoothing and a lot of refining.

Cool thing about Castilene wax is you can cut it into pieces and refine them separately without messing up other areas. When cool it is hard and can be carved, but if you heat it up, it becomes pliable like SS and can be easily sculpted.



Castilene is brittle and will break easily, so it's not recommended for a statue that's gonna last for a long time. It's recommended only if your going to mold and cast a piece.

I'm suprised to see you return, Your work was a huge inspiration to me along time ago (back when wf customs was just starting). Your work was very impressive back in the day but todays "artists" are very well groomed in their own rights and your work won't stand out as great as it once was and to top it off you will be playing 2nd fiddle to the new king of " customs/sculpts " Rozz.... So In kind words I would like to say thank you for the memories but in order for your legacy to live on here at wf you should disappear again....

What's a "legacy", how can one have a legacy for posting painted toys on the internet? Anywho, my legacy is my two little girls.

Any of you that are worried about whatever kinda "smoke" ya got around here and the whole first, second and third fiddle thing I could care less. I didn't show back up to get in any competitions or arguments like the old days. I'm no longer a "customizer" and you will never see another "custom" figure from me again. I just came back to try to help push a few in the right direction that I've noticed that have actual talent and could actually do something with it if they chose to. (Those that have PM'd me, you understand what I'm sayin')

I am a professional sculptor, I make toys for a living. You keep repainting your figures and I'll keep sculpting.

Your comment stating that everyone else can keep painting while you keep sculpting is just ignorant, you make it sound like your special because you sculpt your work, well everyone has to start somewhere (as a matter of fact 90% of your past work was "customized figures" not full sculpts... and since your Mr. Professional Sculptor then why are you so worried/annoyed about what poor Mr. wf figs member has to say??

Baity at one point you were revered as a great customizer (the days before your were Mr. professional sculptor) but to me you ended up being a tremendous magician ( I owned some of your work and to this day I still have one of your last pieces of ddp). Since we are on the subject of Mr. Toy maker, then you should list your accomplishments as a professional (besides the crap figures from first4figs or whatever that 2-midnight company was).

As for Rozz being the number one customizer on here... I agree with you.. But at a full sculpt I dont think he is much better if at al than Baity.
