OK this is a trend i think everyone notices on wf why is it that as soon as a wrestler wins the title half of the board hates the wrestler. in 2005 we all loved cena cause he was funny and stuff as soon as he won the title we all hated him . i understand wwe shoved him down our throats, cool. then edge won the title we all loved it at first them some started to hate him this same thing happened to Orton,hhh now cm punk, a guy that almost everyone liked,now,have turned their backs on him. whats up with that really? if you had the chance to pick a champion who would it be?Eddie Guerrero? ,Owen hart?cause they are the only wrestlers that are liked on wf. really who cause am really sick of seeing all the i hate cm punk threads and replies about how cm punk as champ is a mistake.

so please am asking you people who complain alot about wwe and punk,realistically who do you want to see as wwe champ?

I like Punk as the champ. I'm glad the WWE is willing to take a risk on someone rather than make the safe bet over and over again.

Things changes quickly on here. Like when Flair retired loads of people was saying " I hope hes back soon". Then when he comes on TV, everyone is saying its too early

yeah i know but remember when everyone was behind Orton when he was feuding with cena and were all celebrating when he won and them all of a sudden hated him

Has anyone ever thought that this may be ther reason we hear people disliking wrestlers when they advance in there careers or win a title? Think about it... there are 10000 members on this forum... if every single one hated punk then i'd understand, but out of 10000 odd people, there are bound to be a fair amount who don't like punk, so when he wins the title, there voices will be heard.

Thats all that is and thats all that usually happens when soemthing changes... the percentage of people in the 10000 odd members who don't like it are being heard.

It looks like you're fairly new to the WF scene/Internet Wrestling Community (IWC). I would normally tell you to run like hell and never turn back, but if you really want to stay here, then these are some things you should know (and get used to):

- No one on here will ever be happy with the WWE product.
- If you didn't follow someone from their early days (i.e. Punk in his ROH days), then you're not a true fan and simply jumped on the "bandwagon".


Just don't listen to anyone. Most here are socially awkward who couldn't score a girlfriend if their lives depended upon it, so they fill the void by degrading others on a message board. If you like a wrestler, you can share it on here, but don't be surprised if you get crap for it.

Ive always like Orton and Edge, and I like Punk. Im just not happy that he beat Edge for the Championship, like Ive said before. But I still like Punk

I just wanna go on record as saying I have never like Cena. In fact i dont care much for any of the stars that are wrestling now days as WWE is just too cartoonish to me.

Now that aside I have to ask. You state at how people on the board loved Cena in 05....You signed up 1 month ago....How do you know this?

Here's the problem in my opinion ....

CM Punk won the MITB at WM 24 but hasn't been on one PPV since then and has been consistently losing every one of his matches that meant anything. How does that make him a credible champion ?? At least when Edge won the Money in the Bank .... he was on PPV's and has feud ... yes he cashes it without people expecting it ... but at least it was credible when he did.

Also, Edge was a heel so it made sense for him to cash it in the way he did ..... CM Punk being a FACE ... cashed it in in the same fashion as Edge ... doesn't that seem weird to anyone !!!!

It terms of John Cena .... people have to admit that he did hold the title for a very long time without really showing us much. I must admit ... I really hated him and loved when Edge took the title away from him TWICE !!!! But since Cena has been back from injury ... he actually LOSES matches once in a while .... and also shows he can take a beating. I'm gaining more respect for Cena now than I ever did.

What has CM Punk shown us on Raw Ohhhh yes ..... that's right ... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!!!! the belt has just lost a great deal of meaning in my eyes.

Another point mentioned was Randy Orton. I have to admit ... Randy Orton fell in a really weird position ... he's the one that took the title away from Cena (well not really .... Cena got injured). People hated Cena then .... so Randy became the face in that rivalry without knowing it. Also, I have to say ... Randy Orton did get screwed out of the title a few times before ..... remember

If Cena would have won at Night of champions .... or even Batista, I wouldn't have minded because Batista was an established superstar on SmackDown and Cena was one on Raw ..... and please don't tell me CM Punk was established on ECW .... that's a joke !!! Cena and Batista were in PPV's ..... where was Punk

Those are just my thoughts .... agree or disagree .... everyone has their opinion.

High horse? Right. I just know how things work around here, man. I've been active on these forums since the WrestleWorld/AFR days. I'm not asking for a reward of some sort, but you're telling that to the wrong person. I don't do any type of bullying on this site, other than when I feel it's necessary, and it's only necessary when posts like this get made, so that I can point out how many low life's troll these forums to make others feel bad.
