From Wrestlezone... RAW did a 3.4 cable rating. The show did hours of 2.78, 3.46 and 3.95. During its usual timeslot the show did a 3.7.
WWE issued the following press release today:
RAW® Ratings, Web Soar - STAMFORD, Conn., June 24, 2008 • WWE® Chairman Vince McMahon’s weekly million dollar giveaway swelled the wallets of some lucky “Monday Night RAW” viewers, and the ratings for cable’s No. 1 regularly scheduled weekly telecast.
In the three weeks since McMahon's Million Dollar Mania started, total viewership for Monday Night RAW increased 25% in its regular timeslot (9:00p.m.-11:08p.m. ET). For the past two weeks, Monday Night RAW, in its regular time slot, has been the No. 1 program on television among the coveted 18 • 49 male demo, beating all programming on both cable and broadcast networks.
The impact on WWE.com has been equally impressive. More than two million unique visitors came to WWE.com logging more than six million entries during the first three weeks of the promotion. Since June 2, web traffic to WWE.com has dramatically increased, 28% among unique visitors and 25% for page views, which now stand at more than 15 million per day.

3.7 is a hell of a rating for WWE to achieve these days for its usual timeslot, and a 3.4 for three hours is not bad either.
Not having the giveaway next week might hurt the ratings, but they shouldn't drop below a 3.2 or 3.3, I'm thinking.

Vince can keep fooling himself that his publicity stunt helped the ratings, but it really didn't. The ratings were abysmal the first week and if it wasn't for last week and this week because of the draft, the ratings would have been terrible overall.

If anything, I think the ratings will go up next week.

Raw was great this week, so they deserve it.
