Both just can't seem to get along as far as wrestling politics go, hence why 'Taker has basically been a mainstay on SmackDown in order to steer clear of any possible run-ins with Triple H.
Now, this doesn't mean they hate each other, but I'm sure it is just best that they stay on separate brands as it has almost always been that way and if it's not broke, why fix it?

That exlpains why HHH went back to RAW in the 2004 draft when HHH got picked by Smackdown he went there then ended up back on RAW the next week becuase of the taker reason ok I understand the reason now.

Undertaker just dislikes Triple H's attitude backstage. And Undertaker has some pull backstage himself, so he doesn't want to be on the same show as Triple H.

It is just the two people that have maybe the most pull out of all the wrestlers being a little jealous that someone else may get their way too.

Basically they dont see eye to eye because Undertaker wants whats good for the business and wants to keep all the backstage politics to a minimum and HHH wants whats good for him and everybody knows all about his backstage politics so Vince is doing the right thing by keeping them off the same shows because they would prolly clash with each other and what can Vince really do, he has his son in law on 1 side and maybe his most trusted and loyal wrestler on the other side
