Obviously, something has to happen. If they were both going to stay as faces on Raw, this match would be saved for Summerslam. However, they are sort of pulling the trigger on this really soon, and at a throwaway PPV. I'm thinking that one of them is going to SD in the lottery, so they're doing the match while they can.
Another option is to have one of them turn heel and then have a rematch at GAB, and the payoff at Summerslam. I'm not a huge Cena fan, but I like him a lot more than HHH. So I'm hoping either Cena turns heel on HHH and eventually takes the belt, or Cena just flat out wins it and HHH goes to SD. But knowing how things work, I'm sure HHH will get the heel turn or Cena gets the shaft and goes to SD.

I think a few things could happen
a) jeff hardy is going to get added to the match...we he should as he deserves it
b) HHH is going to be turning heel, he seems a lot more heelish lately than cena...which is stupid now that Y2J is a heel
c) Cena is going to SD! or ECW (HHH doesn't work tuesdays). I wouldn't be suprised to see Cena go to ECW. Think about when Angle went.

They are going nowhere, chances are it was a last minute thing because Orton broke his collarbone. Trips will beat Cena at NOC.

It probably would have happened at Summerslam, but since Orton broke his collarbone they had to put it together for now. One of them will probably get drafted to Smackdown after there NOC Match, or they will continue it until Summerslam where Jeff Hardy will be added to the equation, hopefully in a Triple Threat Ladder Match or something.

Yea i dont think they will change things around anytime soon. HHH needs to turn heel for him to make any sort of reputable champion...but im not sure they kno where its goin! I cant see anythin drastic happening... it all kind of seems like its all been done before...
Also dont really see how hardy deserves to be main eventing this quickly after his suspension! Shud really have a few months before he got to this point...maybe ortons injury brought his push fwd

I just think it would be a more interesting match if jeff hardy was added, we need different styles in title matches to bring every thing to a main event

i like the idea of adding Hardy to the match, this saves the HHH/Cena match for a larger ppv....possibly wrestlemania next year. I really thought those two were going to fight this year, but Orton held that damn title.

I think they should throw Hardy into the mix for a match at Summerslam, I think that would have a big match feel to it.

throw hardy michaels and cena to smackdown ,just because i work on friday during smackdown and cant watch it wich would be great because i wont see hardy michaels or cena anymore ,the most redundant horrible wrestlers ever

Unless a big name gets drafted to raw (Batista, Taker, Edge, etc) be prepared to see Cena vs HHH for a very long time. I dont see HBK getting added to the mix as it seems hes happy hovering around upper mid card putting guys over. Hardy wont be added to it simply cause Vince doesnt want him to blow it....AGAIN. So expect to see the SummerSlam build up be HHH vs Cena for a very very long time

It's only purpose is to kill time before the draft, imo. The feud is a carbon copy of their WM22 feud... two face wrestlers respect eachother, both try to prove to the other they're better by squashing guys on RAW, big staredown with the title between them, rinse and repeat. The only difference is John Cena will return the job and Trips will retain.

Why does everyone think that they threw it together cuz Orton got hurt? I doubt they would have pulled off ANOTHER Orton/HHH match at NOC. The only thing i could see that maybe would have happened had Orton not been hurt, is that they would have done the exact same thing they are now, with the whole "should Jeff Hardy be added to the match stuff, and then theyd add Orton as well and make it a Fatal-4-way.
I just hope its just stays Cena/HHH, i dont want Jeff Hardy near the belt.
