I would have to think this was a worked shoot, because there is no way Vince would take a verbal berating like that sitting down. Also, it's pretty obvious at times that Michael's still has many of his old traits that pissed off a lot of guys and still do to this day. He's a hell of a worker, and even though he's one of my favorite wrestlers of all-time, he can be/was an immature brat when he wants/wanted to be.

The build-up to the Hogan/Michaels Summerslam match was epic, and much more entertaining (though, some might disagree) than the actual match itself. Everyone knew Shawn would end up jobbing to Hogan, and he let it be known how he felt about the situation. I don't think his complaining was having to job as much as it was having to job to Hogan, of all people. It's funny, too, because mid-90s Shawn in his prime is a lot like Hogan in his, well, majority of his career.

This wasn't really a shoot, do you remember this feud at all? This was pretty much the basis of the whole feud, he's just repeating stuff he basically already said. I was at that Summerslam, I remember it pretty vividly.

I was there, too.

If you were referring to me, I meant worked shoot because obviously it wasn't legit, however, many of the things Shawn said were true and the way he felt at the time (also, see: the Raw after SS).

I was just saying in general, it's not a legit shoot, I'm sure Vince actually loved what Shawn was saying, he was probably the one who told him to tear the WWE and him a new one.

Shawn is a bitch. He hasn't lost that quality. Great that he is born again, but he still suffers from vanity, which is one of the 7 Deadly Sins. That "shoot" was a joke. I couldn't even watch the whole thing because it was so clearly a work. Vince wouldn't let anyone get away with that.
