Well, I like to think myself of having a good imagination and a good storyline making mind, and heres something that I thought up, please give me feedback;
I used:
Challenger - Ken Shamrock
Champ - Randy Orton
Well, after WM, we have a superstar return/debut, and maul through the superstars and gets a WWE Title shot at Backlash. So, at Backlash, we see the big submission (ankle-lock), and the Champ (Orton) taps, however the ref does nothing, screwing the challenger out of the gold, he then gos to the ref and threatens him, the Champ trys to limp to get his belt, however, the challenger sees this, hops out the ring, and ends the PPV pounding away on the Champ.
The next night, we see the Champ in the ring, and he complains of last nights match, saying the challenger used too many fist shots, and MMA tactics, the challenger then comes out, and threatens for a re-match, howver the Champ says "no", obviously, the challenger then charges down to the rng, and pounds on the Champ, busting him open, later that night the GM gives the challenger his rematch at Judgement Day, in a Lions Den match, rules being that the winner is the one who beats his opponent unconcious. The next 3 weeks or so are used up by promos and loose matchs and build up.
At JD, the two men fight out the Lions Den, after a lengthy brawl inside, in to the ring, where the challenger beats down the Champ badly, busting him open with fist, knee and headbuts, eventually winning!!
The next night, the Champ demands a re-match, and that he wants to take out and show that the now new Champ is nothing, and he wants to do it in an I Quit match!!
Again, the next few weeks leading to the PPV are used for build up, promos and loose singles and tag matches.
The big PPV comes, I Quit, Champ Vs Challenger. They battle all night, ending with the Champ (Orton) whaling away on the challenger (Shamrock) , however, the challenger aint giving up, both are battered and bloodied, however, to stop the pain, the challenger lets himslef fall off the stage, through tables, head-first, nocking him uncoincious. Thus ending his title reign and the fued.
-----------------------------
Honestly, I was going to abit of a Fight Club like storyline, and I also think that if the PPV themes were old, Grunge songs, it would add to the feel of the fued, (Backlash being "Where Is My Mind", Judgement Day being "The Man Who Sold The World")
So, wat do you guys think?
