So yesterday was my third trip down to Amsterdam NY to the HOF. I unfortunately didn't get any tickets to the meet and greet because when I finally got the funds, they had already sold out.
So I got to the hotel where it was being held at about 10:30 after an hour drive (not bad eh?) I first just walked into the convention room to see who was around, Who do I run into? The Superfly Jimmy Snuka. I almost wet myself. I was in awe of how good he looked. He was very friendly and very talkative. He had this woman with him who I think may have been his wife or daughter or someone in the family, He was charging $10 for an autograph and $10 for a picture. I couldn't resist.
I had him sign my steel chair from last year, and I got a free picture with him. Very VERY nice guy.
So I turn to my left and sitting there is Mr. USA Tony Atlas. This man is HUGE. His arms are just massive. So I walked over to him and said hello, We talked for a few minutes. He said it was his first time to the HOF and that he lived in maine which is cool. He was VERY friendly, Talked to me about the WWE HOF and other stuff. He was charging $5 a pop for a signature and picture, But once again. I had to indulge. I also had him sign the chair from last year and got a photo with him.
Capt Lou Albano and Superstar Billy Graham were there as well, But I had unfortunately ran out of cash. They wanted Ten for each a picture and a signature.
I Met JJ Dillon for the third time and had him sign my 4 Horsemen DVD which was sweet, He was signing for free like always. I also bought a signed LOD Promo from the 2000 area.
Overall it was a killer day! I suggest EVERYONE try and get to this nexr year as its a blast.
