... the crowd made this moment special? Video: uk.youtube.com/watch?v=KLyxZ0tsRxMStart it from 05.50. I think the reaction from the crowd was fantastic and made the moment special. Damn, those where the days. Also, if you have it on DVD, you can hear and see it much clearer. - RYAN

I think the pop started from when Stone Cold came out, & just went from there; so basically Austin got it going.

Without the crowd's involvement, there's nothing really special about Austin's entrance as similar run-ins featuring him occurred frequently both before and after this match.
Also, I believe it was just one of those nights where the crowd was hot for the main event going in, hot while it was taking place and over-the-top once Austin made the run-in and Foley won the title. An incredible moment to look back on from a fan's perspective.

The crowd was always awesome back in those days, they were very vocal although they really did enhance some moments.

WWF was so hot back then.. I'm glad that i witnessed the awesomeness in that era.. WWE is such a joke nowadays.. Getting even a slight pop nowadays is a big thing in WWE.

I miss this. I really do. The days when the crowds were hot, Austin, Rock and Mankind were big, and wrestling was great and entertaining every single week.
