Can any of you think of any superstars who were either a face their whole career or a heel their whole career, in one of the bigger federations such as WCW and WWE.
I was going to say that Sting would fill the role for face his entire career, minue two months in 1999, but who really counts that, that completely backfired anyway. Sting is a natural face. The same could be said for Goldberg, he is in the same category, he was a heel for like three months, but he is much better off as a face and I actually miss his WCW days.
The one that comes to mind for me for being a face his entire career would be The Ultimate Warrior. I cannot recall a single time period where he was a heel. I know on a personal nature he may be out there, but on a professional in ring basis, he was pretty much a face.
The only person I could really think that was pretty much a heel for his whole career is Jeff Jarrett. Ever since I have seen him compete which was like 1995 when we first saw him, he was a heel.

I think Ricky Steamboat was always a face along with Tito Santana. I don't recall a period where they were ever heel.

Steamboat was always face... To my knowledge he's the only one...
I also can't think of any wrestlers that were always heel... Many at very least began or ended there careers as faces.
I think Tito was heel early in his career... Like before he was even called Tito Santana.

Wrestlers in this day and age never really stay a heel or a face for very long actually in the olden days as well since how a person was viewed would change from region to region) Bruno Sammartino was I would say always popular Putski was also Gorgeous George, Alfred Hayes were always hated to my knowledge To be honest guess I could be considered a heel when I wrestle but I always still think the fans like me especially when they boo and throw stuff at me

If you haven't seen Wrestlemania 3, watch it, he probably got the second biggest pop of the night behind Hogan, I am not even joking.

Yes, Bruno Sammartino and Pedro Morales were two of the WWE's biggest faces. Bruno is one of the best wrestlers in the history of wrestling. I know he competed in the 60's and what not, but he had some classic matches. I was born in '85 but I have seen matches of his and not just on the History of the WWE Championship DVD. He was my dad's favorite wrestler and I have seen some of the matches he had. They should put some Bruno matches on MSG classics. Plus, he was the Italian when they were doing the whole ethnic gimmick thing back in those days.

Hogan was a face all his time in the WWE,except his short nWo period. The Rock was a face until 2003.Then turned heel. Then turned face again. I'm pretty sure Jeff Harvey,I mean Hardy, has never been heel.(Classic Adamle right there)
