Whats the deal with all the tweener wrestlers lately? You know, not really a face, not really a heel...somewhere between.
You've got Chris Jericho, Big Show, Batista, Umaga and now Kennedy all filling this role.

Seems to be the new style. I like it. Opens doors for new feuds and matches. A full face Jericho would only feud with heels, but now that he's a tweener he can feud with HBK, and then go right back to facing heel.

its quite interesting - coz it can always leave the field open for shock matches/rivalries and match endings - although im dissapointed jericho didnt intervene in the backlash match.

I think they're just giving the feud a little time. He'll get involved soon. I personally am really liking this new style. They're actually building things slowly and all the tweeners are making things really interesting. |
